SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - The Lake Superior State women's golf team will wrap up the 2022 season this weekend at the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Championship on Friday, April 22 and Saturday, April 23 at the Stonehedge Golf Club in Augusta, Mich. 

The Lakers will be represented by senior Alyshia Suleman, junior Julia Vess, sophomore Marie Mathieu, and freshman Jesse Hellebuyck. The course at Stonehedge Golf Club is a par 72 and plays 5829 yards off the tee. 

The women's team last competed on April 11 and 12 at Walsh University's Cavalier Classic in Canton, Ohio. At the close of the two-day tournament, the Lakers finished 15th after posting a combined score of 687. On the first day of the tournament, the Lakers combined for a score of 334 and followed with a score of 353 on the second day of competition.
