BAY CITY, Mich. - Sophomore Grace Bradford (Maple City, Mich.) has been named to the All-GLIAC Second Team and the GLIAC All-Defensive Team, as announced by the league office on Friday.
Bradford finished the season as the Lakers' leading scorer at 12.3 points per game, and she ended the regular season as the leading rebounder not only in the conference, but in the entire Midwest Region at 10.9 boards per contest. Bradford's 294 rebounds on the season mark the second most rebounds in a season in program history, and she secured the 500th rebound of her career with a career-best 21 in the Lakers' victory at Davenport. She totaled 36 steals and 12 blocks on the year, and she was twice named the GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week, including in week 7 in which she swept both offensive and defensive weekly honors.
