SAULT STE. MARIE - Ferris State, which is ranked No. 1 in the ITA Midwest Region and 15th nationally, played virtually mistake-free to beat the Lake Superior State men's tennis Team 9-0 Saturday at the Arbuckle Student Activity Center.

FSU improved to 4-0 in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and 11-2-5 overall. The Lakers dropped to 0-5 in the GLIAC and 6-9 overall.

LSSU plays host to Grand Valley State at 10 a.m. Sunday.
