Erickson enters his second season with the Lakers as Assistant Coach/Head JV Coach for the women's basketball program for the 2023-24 season.
He brings with him six years of head coaching experience at both Milwaukee Area Technical College in Milwaukee, Wis. and Little Priest Tribal College in Winnebago, Neb. where he helped establish the program at LPTC as a viable NJCAA member.
He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a bachelor's degree in history, and he also received a master's degree in physical education from Indiana State University.
