SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. – Kathryn Hills has been named the Lake Superior State (LSSU) Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance and Internal Relations, as announced by LSSU Athletic Director, Dr. Dave Diles on Tuesday.
"I would like to thank Lake Superior State University Athletic Director, Dr. Dave Diles, for the opportunity to join Laker Athletics," said Hills. "I would also like to thank the members of the hiring committee for their support and consideration during the hiring process."
Hills brings excellent communication and networking skills along with an eye for detail and a passion for athletics.
"As an avid Laker fan, I am excited to officially join the Laker Athletics team!" said Hills. "I look forward to meeting and working with the student-athletes, coaches, faculty, and staff of LSSU."
Hills has been serving as a Nutrition Facilitator for the Eastern Upper Peninsula Intermediate School District since 2014, and she received a bachelor's degree in journalism and music with a minor in communications from Western Michigan University.
