Freshman (2014-15): Made 31 saves, allowing 4 goals during his first career start in a 5-3 loss to Michigan Tech (10/4)... Stopped 23 of 25 shots against Anchorage, earning his first collegiate win in overtime...Received WCHA Rookie of the Week following a weekend split over Alabama-Huntsville... topped all 26 shots against UAH for his first career shutout (11/14)... Stopped 67 of 68 shots during the Florida College Hockey Classic in Estero, Fla., and won the Shawn Walsh Memorial Trophy as the tournament’s most valuable player...Was named WCHA Defensive Player of the Week following the Florida College Classic (12/30)... backstopped Lake Superior State to its first sweep of the season, while also picking up the third shutout of his rookie campaign...Made 76 saves in the two victories over Bemidji State, including a career-high 44 stops during a thrilling, 1-0 victory...Turned back all 24 shots during the first period Friday, tying for the sixth-highest single-period total in WCHA history (1/16-17)...Secured his fourth career shutout during a 3-0 victory at Northern Michigan (2/28)...Recorded his single-season record-breaking 1,060th save during the 3-0 loss against Ferris State (3/7)...Finished the season with the most saves in a single season in school history (1,148)...Maintained a .915 saves-percentage with a 3.08 goals-against average throughout the year and garnered four shutouts while starting 35 games...Was named the team's outstanding freshman and shared the team MVP award with senior Stephen Perfetto.
Prior to LSSU: Finished 20-21-1 with a 3.69 goals-against average and .887 save percentage during the 2013-14 regular season for the Coquitlam Express (BCHL)…Was an impressive 14-5 with a 2.69 GAA and .922 save percentage while leading the Express through a strong 2014 playoff run and Fred Page Cup title (BCHL Championship)…Was named the Superior International Junior Hockey League’s top goaltender in 2012-13…Set SIJHL single-season save and GAA records in 2012-13.
