SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. – Emily Kalinowski (South Lyon, Mich.) has been named to the Northern Michigan Open All-Tournament Team on Monday, as voted on by the coaches.

"Kalinowski making the all-tournament team is well-deserved," said Head Coach Zac Rambo. "She did a lot of great things, and everybody was talking about her at the tournament. She is pretty special, and I am excited to watch her grow."

Kalinowski tallied 126 assists over the weekend with an average of 8.4 assists per set. She also added 30 digs, 15 kills, four service aces, and four solo blocks, three of which came in the Lakers' 3-0 sweep against Minnesota-Crookston.

The Lakers return to action on Friday, Sept. 2 when they take on the Southwest Baptist Bearcats and the Rockhurst Hawks in Bolivar, Mo. for day one of the Drury/SWB Invitational.
