Sophomore (2021-22): Played in 11 games for the Lakers... Totaled 22 points, 15 rebounds, five steals, four assists, and two blocks... Named to the 2022 GLIAC Winter All-Academic Excellence Team.

Freshman (2021): Played in 15 games for the Lakers… Averaged 17.9 minutes per game and 3.5 points per game… Scored 53 points on a 20.9 shooting percentage… Totaled 40 rebounds, 8 assists, and four blocks… Scored a single-game high eight points in the team’s game against Northwood on Feb.13… Posted a single-game best five rebounds twice during the season.

High School: Graduated from Northwest High School in Jackson, Mich. in 2020… Competed in the I-8 Conference and was coached by Ryan Carroll… Posted 11.3 points per game as a senior as well as 10.4 rebounds per game… Also added 2.0 assists per game and 1.5 steals per game as a senior… Served as team captain during her junior and senior seasons… Received First Team All-Conference honors as a junior and a senior, and All Conference Honorable Mention as a sophomore… Named JTV Player of the Year as a sophomore and a junior... Named to the M-Live All-Area Dream Team as a junior and a senior, and M-Live All-Area Dream Team Honorable Mention as a sophomore… Received Academic All-Conference honors as a sophomore, junior and senior… Named Academic All-State as a senior… Received the Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan (BCAM) 2020 Outstanding Senior Athlete of the Year as a senior… Named to the BCAM Division I All-State Team as a senior… Named team MVP as a senior...Member of the I-8 Conference Championship team as a sophomore… Member of the Class B District Championship team during her sophomore and junior seasons… Member of the Class B Regional Championship team and the Class B State Runner-Up team as a sophomore. 

Personal: Daughter of Geoff and Jeanne Bontrager… Has one sister, Ella, who is a junior on the Lake State women’s basketball team… Was also a four year member of the varsity volleyball team in high school.... Involved in National Honor Society, Link Crew, Peer Connections, Be More Kind and Leo Club… Hobbies include drawing… Majoring in business.
