19 Lakers Earn CCHA Academic Honors

DEEPHAVEN, Minn. – 19 Lakers have been named to the Central Collegiate Hockey Association 2022-23 All-Academic team with eight also earning CCHA Scholar Athlete recognition, as announced by the league office on Monday.

In total, 135 student-athletes have been recognized for maintaining a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and 71 of which have earned CCHA Scholar Athlete Team honors for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Student athletes that have not completed at least two semesters at their institution are not eligible to receive CCHA academic honors.

LSSU's 19 recipients are the third most in the CCHA behind Ferris State and Minnesota State with 20 each.
