CROWN POINT, Ind.- The Lake Superior State women's golf team placed third among participating teams this weekend on Saturday, Oct. 12 and Sunday, Oct. 13 in the Mike Lalaoff Memorial Invitational hosted by Purdue-Northwest at White Hawk Country Club in Crown Point, Ind. 

The Lakers posted a two day total score of 662 consisting of a day one total of 336 and a day two total of 326. 

Laker Results:

Taylor Simoneau - 4th overall, 159 combined total (87-77)

Alyshia Suleman - T10th overall, 164 combined total (84-80)

Naomi Keyte - 14th overall, 169 combined total (85-84)

Madison Wilkie - T15th overall, 170 combined total (85-85)

Madison Whittet - T21st overall, 179 combined total (91-88)

The Lakers will travel to Augusta, Mich to play in the Panther Invite hosted by Davenport University at Stonehedge Golf Course in Augusta, Mich. on Saturday Oct. 19 and Sunday Oct. 20. Both days of competition will start at 11:00am and begin with a shotgun start.
