Junior (2019): Competed in five meets… Earned 2nd place in 8,000-meters with a personal time record of 18:46.9 at Northwood Invitational… Garnered a 80th-place finish out of 337 finishers at MSU Spartan Invitational… Earned the 1st place in 8,000 meters with a time of 26:11.6 at Warrior Challenge 2019… Finished 26th out of 423 participants with a time of 25:58.9 at Lewis Crossover... Ran GLIAC Cross Country Championships-best time of 24:37.9 to finish 10th and mark a new personal record... Named GLIAC Male Cross Country Athlete of the Week on Sept. 24, 2019... Sophomore (2018): Competed in six meets...Garnered a 121st-place finish out of 261 finishers at the 2018 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships...Was the first LSSU men's cross country runner to compete in the national championships since 1993 (Gary Loubert)...Earned at-large berth into 2018 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships with an eighth-place finish at the 2018 NCAA Division II Midwest Region Cross Country Championships, running a cross country 10,000-meter personal best time of 31:56.6...Garnered an 8,000-meter personal-best time of 25:16.6 to finish 10th at 2018 GLIAC Cross Country Championships, earning First Team All-GLIAC honors.

Freshman (2017): Competed in six meets...Ran season-best time for 8,000-meters (26:09.1) to finish 16th at 2017 GLIAC Cross Country Championships and earn Second-Team All-GLIAC honors...ran season-best time of 33:42.3 to finish 86th at 2017 NCAA Division II Midwest Region Cross Country Championships.
