Ted Stowe enters his sixth season as an assistant men's basketball coach at Lake Superior State in 2022-23.

Prior to joining LSSU, Stowe spent the five seasons (2012-17) as a student assistant coach at Spring Arbor (Mich.) University.

During his time at Spring Arbor, Stowe was responsible for overseeing the program's day-to-day operations, home and away game details, video breakdown, and social media account.  Prior to joining the Cougars' staff, Stowe coached two years of youth basketball and worked various summer camps.  Stowe earned a bachelor's degree in history from Spring Arbor in 2017.

The son of Jim and Debbie Stowe, Stowe has nine siblings consisting of five brothers and four sisters.  Stowe resides in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.
