SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. -- The Lake Superior State Athletic department will offer free admission for kids ages 17 and under to the opening weekend of the 2019-20 men's hockey season against Merrimack College.
Kids will need to be accompanied by a paid adult to receive the promotion. It will be the only time this season that this deal will be offered. These tickets will only be available on the day of the game and can be picked up at the Norris Center box office, which opens one hour before puck drop.
Kids tickets for Laker hockey games are normally priced at seven dollars per ticket.
The series will feature the Lakers facing off against the Warriors at Taffy Abel Arena. The games are scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 5 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 6 at 5:00 p.m.
