Ticket Office

The Norris ticket windows will open 60 minutes prior to game time. Doors to enter the arena will open 60 minutes prior to game time. No outside food or beverage, no pets, no smoking, and no flash photography, are allowed in Taffy Abel Arena or the Ronald “Bud” Cooper Gymnasium.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the LSSU Athletic Ticket Office. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change, but the ticket will remain valid for the game if it is made up at a later time. If a game is postponed due to inclement weather, patrons' tickets will be honored at the newly scheduled date or time. In the event a regulation game defined by the WCHA/GLIAC/NCAA is not played due to weather, Act of God, or any other reason, then the ticket will NOT be subject to any refund but will constitute a rain check that can be either (1) used for admission to the rescheduled game, if any, or (2) exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any regularly scheduled Lake State Hockey, Basketball, or Volleyball home game with in the same season.

Children under 3 years old receive free entrance to the Taffy Abel Arena and the Cooper Gymnasium.

Will Call

Will call tickets can be picked up at the Norris Center Information and Guest Services Desk in the Norris Center on game day unless arrangements are made for pick up during the business week at the Ticket Office. Identification is required for all tickets picked up at will call.

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair accessible seating is available in Sections D and F of the Taffy Abel Arena, an elevator is located near the stairs on the Northwest side of the Arena, and South end lines of the basketball court in the Cooper Gymnasium.

Parking

Hockey Game public parking is available in lot A, B, and C for $3. All proceeds go to Men’s and Women’s Tennis. Parking for volleyball, and basketball are free of charge.
