Wiethoff posts Lakers' lone win against Northwood

MIDLAND - Freshman Erin Wiethoff defeated Ashley Damask, 6-0, 6-1, to post Lake Superior State's only victory during an 8-1 dual-match loss at Northwood on Friday. It was the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's tennis opener for both teams.

LSSU dropped to 1-1 overall.
