Lakers wrap up busy road trip
FINDLAY, Ohio - The Lake Superior State women's golf team concluded the fall portion of its season by playing 72 holes during a four-day period. After competing in the Northwood tournament on Saturday and Sunday, the Lakers played two rounds at the Bing Beall Fall Classic hosted by the University of Findlay on Monday and Tuesday.
Meredith Cleary shot a 99-98-197 to tie for 54th place and lead the Lakers at UF. Louise Hunt was 57th with a 108-108-216.
Dianne Luke of California University-PA fired a 77-75-152 to take medalist honors. Grand Valley State won the team event.
The Lakers resume play in April.
