Junior (2019): Competed in five meets… Garnered 25th place in 6,000 meters setting a new personal record of 20:10.8 at Northwood Invitational… Earned 206th place finish out of 337 finishers in 6,000 meters at MSU Spartan Invitational… Garnered 22nd place in 6,000 meters with a time of 28:30.0 at Warrior Challenge… Earned 282nd place finish out of 423 finishers in 8,000 meters at Lewis Crossover… Earned 89th position in 8,000 meters at 2019 GLIAC Cross Country Championships.

Sophomore (2018): Competed in five meets...ran personal bests for 8,000 meters (27:05.5, 52nd place, 2018 GLIAC Cross Country Championships) and for 10,000 meters (34:51.0, 2018 NCAA Division II Midwest Region Cross Country Championships)...Named to 2018 GLIAC Fall All-Academic Team.  

Freshman (2017): Competed in six meets, running an 8,000-meter season best of 28:24.0 at the 2017 GLIAC Cross Country Championships...Ran 10,000-meter season best of 35:24.4 at 2017 NCAA Division II Midwest Region Cross Country Championships.

High School: Achieved First-Team All-Greater Thumb West Conference recognition during senior season (2016) at Bad Axe (Mich.) High School...Coached by Lee Kohler and Nick Rochefort...A 2017 graduate...Named to the 2015 all-conference second team in cross country...Earned cross country team Most Valuable Runner honor in junior season...Picked up second-team all-league track accolades in 2017...Chosen as 2017 track team's Most Improved Athlete and served as a team captain...Future Farmers of America (FFA) member...Broke school record in the 3,200-meter run.
