Lake Superior State Hockey Announces Schedule Changes

SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. – The Lake Superior State athletic department has announced that the hockey team will be playing a non-conference, home-and-home series against the Adrian College Bulldogs on Friday, Nov. 27 at 7:07 p.m. at the Taffy Abel Arena in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. and Sunday, Nov. 29 at 2:00 p.m. at the Arrington Ice Arena in Adrian, Mich. 

The Lakers previously scheduled home-and-home, non-conference series against the Ferris State Bulldogs for Friday, Nov. 27 and Sunday, Nov. 29 has been cancelled due to a positive COVID-19 test result within Ferris' hockey program. 

Data privacy precludes further comment on the issue.

The Adrian College Bulldogs are a Division III program based in Adrian, Mich. with a 2-2-0 record this season. Adrian played a pair of games against  Bowling Green earlier this month. 

Even though spectators cannot currently attend games in Michigan, there are still a number of ways that fans will be able to follow the game action. All Laker home games, and away games against WCHA opponents during the 2020-21 season will be available to watch live on FloHockey, the WCHA's streaming partner.
