SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. – Buffalo Wild Wings, in conjunction with Lake State Athletics, is hosting a watch party for each game of the best-of-three Western Collegiate Hockey Association Semifinals series between Lake Superior State and Minnesota State this weekend.

The games between fourth-seeded Lake Superior State (23-11-2) and top-seeded Minnesota State (29-7-2) are scheduled for 8:07 p.m. EDT on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (if necessary). Fans can cheer on the Lakers while enjoying the numerous food and drink options that Buffalo Wild Wings has to offer. There are food specials for Lake Superior State students who present a valid student ID.

Each Laker hockey playoff game this weekend will also be streamed at The Wicked Sister, the official postgame spot of Laker hockey.

The 2018-19 Laker hockey team, which has been ranked in the top 20 of 10 consecutive USCHO Polls, is currently ranked No. 20. This season, the Lakers have won their most games since 1995-96, recorded the longest winning streak since 1996-97 (seven games), swept Ferris State in a road series for the first time since 1993-94, swept Michigan Tech in a series for the first time since 1983-84, have won 16 WCHA Player of Week and five WCHA Player of the Month awards, have two Hobey Baker Award nominees, claimed the first Great Lakes Invitational Championship in program history and captured their first-ever WCHA Playoffs series win.
