Preview: Men's Golf Set to Conclude 2022 Season at GLIAC Championships

SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - The Lake Superior State men's golf team will wrap up the 2022 season this weekend at the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Championship on Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16 at the Stoatin Brae Golf Club in Augusta, Mich. The course, which is a par 71, plays 6742 yards off the tee. 

The Lakers will be represented by junior Callum McKay, freshman Marko Banic, senior Zander Park, freshman Gabe Rathburn and freshman Alex Bratton

Last weekend, the men's team participated in ODU's Bill Blazer Memorial Tournament and combined for a two-day total of 637 to finish 14th among the 16 participating teams. On the opening day of competition, the Laker men's squad recorded a score of 322 and followed with a combined score of 315 on Saturday.
