Lakers place eighth at Matt Pinter Invitational
BIG RAPIDS - Lake Superior State placed eighth among nine teams at the 27-hole Matt Pinter Invitational held at Katke Golf Course on the Ferris State University campus.
Brent Vizina tied for 23rd with a 74-70-78-222. Sean Green (71-76-84-231) tied for 45th, while Sean Stubbs (78-81-75-234) was 51st. Bryan Clishe (79-79-77-235) tied for 52nd and P.J. Dienes (80-78-82-240) was 58th.
Ferris State finished two strokes ahead of Wayne State to win the team title.
