Senior (2019-20): Competed in six meets for the Lakers during the indoor season... Outdoor season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic... At the Conference Crossover threw a personal-best 9.70 meters in the shot put... Threw a personal-best of 13.64 meters in the weight throw at the 2020 GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships to place 16th among participants... Named to the 2019-20 GLIAC Winter All-Academic Team.

Junior (2018-19): Competed in three events...At the GVSU Open, threw 8.73 meters and placed 37th in shotput...At the SVSU Doug Hansen Open threw 11.14 meters and placed 22nd in the weight throw...At the SVSU Holiday Open and Multis threw 10.88 meters and placed 22nd in the weight throw...Threw a person-best of 34.74 in discus at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.

Sophomore (2017-18): Competed in all four indoor meets...Placed second at the NMU's Northern Challenge with a 11.21 mark in the weight throw.

Freshman (2016-17): Did not compete

High School: A four-year letter winner at Cheybogan Area High School...Was on the equestrian team for four years...Was the captain in 2015 and named All-Academic.

Personal: Daughter of Terry and Tammy Ostwald...Majoring in Criminal Justice: Law Enforcement.
