Elite Camp | Aug. 2-5, 2024Elite camp is open to girls entering grades 10-12. This camp is geared to high-level varsity players and will be very fast-paced. Camp will focus on development of skills during the morning session, consisting of serve, serve reception, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and attack reception. This camp focuses on improving and challenging future college volleyball players. The afternoon session will consist of player breakdowns and competitive play. Campers will be challenged by LSSU coaches and players as well as have the chance to play with/against some of the LSSU players. This will be a competitive, challenging and fun camp. Spots will be limited for this camp. Cost is $275 for commuters and $350 for overnight (which will include lodging, lunch, and dinner. Overnight commuters will need to bring breakfast; breakfast bars/protein shakes/pop tarts/etc.) All campers will be provided with Lunch and a t-shirt to wear on the last day of camp. High School Camp | July 30-Aug. 1, 2024High school camp is open to girls entering grades 9-12. Camp will focus on developing and improving all skills (serving, serve reception, passing, setting, hitting, blocking and attack reception). Campers will be challenged daily in training sessions consisting of positional training, drills, and competitive play. Campers will be coached by LSSU Volleyball coaches and players. Camp will run from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm with check in no earlier than 8:30 am. Cost is $250. Lunch will be provided every day for campers, and each camper will receive a shirt to wear on the last day of camp. Once camp is full, registration will be closed. Sign up early to secure your spot! Middle School Camp | July 23-25, 2024Middle school camp is open to girls entering grades 5-8. Camp will focus on fundamental skills (serving, passing, setting, and attacking). Campers will work on each individual skill set as well as team concepts and play. Players will be challenged daily in training sessions individually and in team aspects. Training sessions will include position training, drills, games and team play. Campers will be coached by LSSU volleyball coaches and players. Camp runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with check in being no earlier than 8:30 am. Lunch will be provided for campers and each camper will receive a shirt to wear on the last day of camp. Cost is $175.
